The "Joey" Award
This bronze statue, sculpted and cast by TAG
Life Member Robert Campbell, is presented annually to the TAG member who
has made conspicuous contributions to the performing arts during the
previous year. The likeness is a tribute to Joseph Pratt, Sr., who was
the chief motivator for the organization during its resurgence era in
the early and mid 1980's.
Pratt was the recipient of the original casting in 1984. Those who were
honored in succeeding years with a re-casting of the work are named on
a plaque in the Center for the Arts. Past "JOEY"
